The pool is available with an additional cost to the rent of 100 usd per month.
Full refund will be granted to all cancellations occurring prior to 90 days of reservation.
Any cancellations within 90 days of reservation are eligible for refund IF owner is able to refill reservation with a subsequent rental.
100% of rental fees plus $300.00 damage deposit upon scheduling.
